Jeff Morlok
President / Owner

Jeff is the President and Owner of Otte Construction, Inc. Jeff received his BSCE from Oregon Institute of Technology. His formal construction career began in Los Angeles as a concrete formwork detailer/designer. From that point worked his way up the ranks to the position of Vice President Senior Project Manager.

In September 1994, Jeff and his family moved to Wayne and purchased Otte Construction from his uncles Karl, Kurt and Paul Otte who were ready to semi-retire. Prior to September 1994, Otte Construction’s annual volume averaged about $750,000.00 per year. Since 1994 the volume has increased to about $3,750,000.00 for 2002.

Jeff’s responsibilities include management of all phases of the company’s operations: sales and client relations, supervise and review estimates, supervise and manage construction operations by focusing on the planning of work ahead of the daily construction activities.
